A life transition is any major shift that disrupts your normal rhythm and forces you to adapt—such as a career pivot, an empty nest, a relationship change, or navigating the "messy middle" of a new stage of adulthood. These seasons often bring up a heavy question: "Who am I now that everything has changed?" Identity Redesign is the collaborative process of answering that question. Using Narrative Therapy and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), we don't just focus on managing the stress of the change; we work to deconstruct old expectations, clarify your current values, and intentionally re-author your next chapter with confidence and agency.
-
You might need this focus if you feel like you are standing in the "messy middle"—a space where your old life no longer fits, but your new life hasn’t been written yet. Often, this shows up not as a sudden crisis, but as a persistent, quiet friction.

Whether you are healing from childhood neglect, betrayal, or divorce, these experiences can leave your nervous system in a state of high alert. Using EMDR and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we work to move beyond "just talking" to rewire your brain for safety and build a "secure base" within yourself.

Yes. I work with couples to improve relationship communication, connection, and rebuild trust. I help couples navigate the strain of life transitions (such as parenting, pre-marital, and blended family life), medical diagnoses, or breaches of trust (infidelity repair). I also have experience and love to work with intercultural couples and LGBTQIA couples. We use evidence-based tools to help you mend frayed connections and re-author your shared story.

As someone who understands the Spoon Theory, I recognize that living with an autoimmune disease is an emotional marathon. I provide a specialized space where you don't have to explain your fatigue. We move at a pace that respects your physical capacity and focuses on finding "Chronic Courage."
